As you may know, I'm Kevin Decosta, or Kev to my friends and family. I've lived in Ocean City nearly all my life, attending Ocean City Middle and High Schools. I married in 1994 and have two amazing daughters. In 1995, I started with Hager Real Estate, which is now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach Realtors. BHHS is the clear leader and the Island's #1 Sales Real Estate Company, holding nearly 40% of the island's market share in sales every year since 1996.

 

I've been fortunate to have tremendous success with the company, receiving numerous awards for sales achievements from both BHHS and the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR). BHHS Home Services has named me to their Chairman's Club every year since 2003, and I've received the #1 Selling agent award at my office numerous times. I've also been a member of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club since 1996. To date, I've closed over $600 million in sales on and off the Island. I am a very hardworking and resilient realtor with tremendous respect for my customers and work associates. Over the past 30 years with BHHS Home Services, I've built an enormous client base, with many clients continually referring their friends and family to me year after year.
