My name is Kevin Decosta and most of my family and friends just call me Kev. I have lived in Ocean City for nearly all my life. Growing up I attended Ocean City middle and High Schools. I married in 1994 (Heather) and have 2 amazing daughters (Shannon and Morgan).

In 1994, I started with Hager Real Estate Ocean City’s #1 Real Estate Company. Since then I have enjoyed tremendous success with the company. I have received numerous awards for sale achievements from Hager and from the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR).

Hager Real Estate has named me to their Presidents Club every year since 1996. I have received # 1 Selling agent at my office several times. I have been a member of the NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club since 1996. To date I have closed over $425 million in sales since joining Hager Real Estate, now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach Realtors.
